OfficEdge2000™ was designed by Integrated Digital Systems ("IDSS") as an imaging and file management application to manage files and documents as well as providing web based sharing and records management, using the new Xerox Docushare2.X document repository product. OfficEdge2000™ provides the ability to capture, index, email, print, view, rotate, zoom, store, redact, highlight, outline, annotate, place sticky notes on, underline text, retrieve, distribute and archive records such forms, correspondence, pictures, charts, and other documentation with full integration into and use of ODBC compliant database product features. OfficEdge2000™ was designed to be flexible, open, and easily
customizable to handle the demands of:

 

DocuShare, developed by Xerox, is a web-based system for storing and managing information. Once the DocuShare software has been installed on a web server any authorized user can quickly and easily post, manage, search on and retrieve information. DocuShare is file format-, platform- and browser-independent, allowing any user on any system to post and retrieve information in any format. DocuShare requires no plug-ins or add-on software, so everyone can immediately access information using their standard web browser. You have the power of the web at your disposal without having to worry about maintaining a website. You don’t need a webmaster with DocuShare – you don’t even need to know HTML. DocuShare offers powerful features that provide cost-saving benefits for users.

DocuFlow developed by IDSS provides a common platform for web-distributed, end-to-end automation and streamlining of key business processes. Through the integration of OfficEdge2000, Xerox DocuShare and KeyFlow knowledge workers can integrate document and knowledge-assets, business rules, enterprise applications and connect participants into workflow processes. As a result, companies can speed decisions, increase productivity and maximize market opportunities.
